Part 111 - A Return to The Arches

On days three and four, we returned to each of the parks to "finish up" although I do believe you could visit these parks every day for a year and still see something new!

This is "Landscape Arch". It is one of the longest in the world with a span of 306 feet. It was quite a hike to this location and Mike didn't make it but I am sure glad I did. It was an interesting hike up and back - I spotted this "monster" on the way down.

Once again, we realized that there were arches everywhere.

Here is the "Double Arch" - if you look hard you can see there really are two arches going in two different directions.

And this is one of the neatest walks...

The wind really blew...

But the "Sand Dune Arch" was a hidden treasure.

And after another full day of exploring, this was the view from our motorhome window when we returned home.
