Signs
Whenever we are on the road, we come across signs that evoke emotion...
This one was spotted on a pickup with Texas plates... of course.
Huh?
And when we were touring the town of Comfort on bike yesterday, we spotted this sign which made me look at my German forefathers a little differently. (Click on to make it big enough to read)
And then we saw this sign and monument; a tribute to young men who were from Comfort, fought in the civil war - for the Union - and died.

On a lighter note, there are many for which my camera is not ready...
In one small town there is a financial broker named Justin Case.
The Fort Worth Stockyards is the site for a Gay and Lesbian Kiss In this weekend.
The store, "Bite My Butt" makes beef jerky and "Huts for Mutts" designs kennels.
There is a town named Flower Mound in Texas and next week we hope to visit Utopia, Texas.
And these pictures are a sign that our good friends, Debbie and Richard, have joined us for a couple of weeks.
And that Debbie still likes wine,
And Richard still gets cold at 70 and still loves Texas Football!
